By using chatrbox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via email.
Use of the service
You may use chatrbox only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use chatrbox to transmit spam, harass users, violate intellectual property rights, or interfere with the service.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.
Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Intellectual property
chatrbox and all associated technology, trademarks, and content are owned by chatrbox Ltd. You retain ownership of any data you input into the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, chatrbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
